Comprehensive Pest Control Plan

Our Comprehensive Pest Control Plan covers pest control services for all four seasons: Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring. The services would include quarterly pest control inspections and sprays to prevent infestations. We will check your residence for signs of rodents, spiders, wasps, ants, cockroaches, flies, ticks, bees, beetles, and grasshoppers*.

• As a part of the Comprehensive Pest Control Plan if you have a Infestation our professional will come out to treat the area at no extra cost to you
• Rodent treatment will differ based on type of animal.

Standard Pest Control Plan

The Standard Pest Control Plan covers service for Spring and Summer. The service would include seasonal pest control inspection and sprays to prevent infestations. Pest Assassin would check your residence for signs of: spiders, wasps, ants, cockroaches, flies, ticks, bees, bees and grasshoppers*.

• The Standard Pest Control Plan would include inclusive home servers calls during spring and summer.
• One of Pest Assassin’s highly trained technicians would come to inspect your home, treat the infestation, and monitor the area for resurgence.

Single Session Control Plan

Having a problem with pests, but don’t want to be locked into an annual or semi-annual plan. Don’t fret Pest Assassin has a Single Session Control Plan to provide one time pest control services.

• The Single Session Control Plan will consist of an Inspection to check the level of infestation and allow our techs to come up with a game plan to assassinate the pests
• Depending on the level of infestation and type will determine the type of service that will have to be performed.
• After treatment our techs will come back for one follow up inspection.

* Pests not listed under the Comprehensive Pest Control Plan and the Standard Pest Control Plan are not covered under the plan. If you have an infestation of a pest not listed an extra expense will apply.
